Iron
Bacteria
One of our biggest advantages is
treatment of wells for iron bacteria. For more information
on identifying iron bacteria in your well visit Wellowner.org. Effective treatment can be
accomplished by injecting the chlorine down the well through a
tube (i.e. PEX tubing) located near the pump intake.
Because chlorine is made only when needed, only the i-chlor chlorine generator system can be used for this
type of treatment since chemical cannot be siphoned down the well
casing when the well is not operating. Contact us for more information.
Please note that filtration of the oxidized minerals will be
required. Please download our Private Wells Brochure
for more
information.
Closed Loop Boiler Treatment
The i-chlor chlorine generator system is used to remove sodium and
chloride from boiler feed water to help reduce the amount of
mineral buildup in the process water. The i-chlor system converts
these minerals into chlorine and sodium hydroxide which are
then injected back into the process water as treatment chemical
aids. For a "GREEN" boiler treatment system with
reduced blowdown, please visit
Chemico
International Incorporated's website.
Chlorine Calculator
The i-chlor chlorine generator system can be sized using the
chlorine calculator. Otherwise visit our Request Quote page to
have us estimate your chlorine
needs.
