From Salt to Chlorine, choosing
i-chlor is
a choice that shows
intelligence with responsibility.
From public health to normal household use… the
necessity of chlorine is documented as an essential need toward the success
of our world. Along with the
successes comes the responsibilities… and with the i-chlor chlorine generator, the concept of a “green” chlorination system is now here!
Our
products are assembled kits from various manufacturers.
i-chlor Model
0.2
Each cell receives 0
to 3 amperes of DC current producing up to 0.2 pounds of chlorine
during a 24-hour period. This is enough
chlorine to purify a residential well. The i-chlor Model 0.2 system uses an optional automatic density maintenance system to
maintain the optimum cathode electrolyte concentration range. As the
concentration of sodium hydroxide increases during the chlor-alkali
process, the density of sodium hydroxide electrolyte also increases.
The automatic density maintenance system monitors the density of the sodium
hydroxide and supplies dilution water to the reservoir when the density
exceeds the upper concentration level. The excess sodium hydroxide
then overflows from the reservoir and is collected in a separate reservoir,
or is injected into the water supply with the chlorine. Click here to download the product

i-chlor Model 0.4
Each cell receives 0 to 6 amperes of DC
current producing up to 0.4 pounds of chlorine during a 24-hour period. This is enough chlorine to purify a large
residential well, or system with high treatment needs. The i-chlor Model 0.4 is the same as Model 0.2 with a larger power supply.
i-chlor Model 0.7
Each cell receives 0 to 10 amperes of DC
current producing up to 0.7 pounds of chlorine during a 24-hour period. This is enough chlorine to purify a larger
residential well, or system with high treatment needs. The i-chlor Model 0.7 is the same as Model 0.2 with a larger power supply.
i-chlor Model 1.3
Each cell receives 0 to 20 amperes of DC
current producing up to 1.3 pounds of chlorine during a 24-hour period. This is enough chlorine to purify a small municipal
well, residential pool, or system with high treatment needs. The i-chlor Model 1.3 is the same as Model 0.2 with a larger power supply.
i-chlor Model 2.0
Each cell receives 0 to 30 amperes of DC current
producing up to 2 pounds of chlorine during a 24-hour period. This is enough chlorine to purify 100,000 gallons of
water per day, or enough to supply a town of 500-1000 people (a well supply
with minimal chlorine demand). The i-chlor Model 2.0 system uses an automatic density maintenance system to maintain the
optimum cathode electrolyte concentration range. As the concentration
of sodium hydroxide increases during the chlor-alkali process, the density
of sodium hydroxide electrolyte also increases. The automatic density
maintenance system monitors the density of the sodium hydroxide and
supplies dilution water to the reservoir when the density exceeds the upper
concentration level. The excess sodium hydroxide then overflows from
the reservoir and is collected in a separate reservoir, or is injected into
the water supply with the chlorine. To order a system, click here.
i-chlor Model 3.3
Each cell receives 0
to 50 amperes of DC current producing up to 3.3 pounds of chlorine
during a 24-hour period. This is
enough chlorine to purify a municipal well, commercial pool, or small water
treatment plant. The i-chlor Model 3.3 is the same as Model 2.0 with a larger power supply.
